About Alumni
- Established in the year 1973, the association is now registered as “MPE SOCIETY’S SDM COLLEGE POORVA VIDYARTHI SANGHA”, bearing Registration No. DRUK/SOR/215/2018-19, dated 17-01-2019.
- Alumni from various fields are part of the governing body of the association.
- The Annual General Body Meeting is convened every year in the month of April to celebrate the occasion, and programs are planned for future endeavors.
- Many alumni have been enrolled as members and life members of the association, and efforts are ongoing to include more alumni in our network.
- The association has plans to establish chapters in Bengaluru, Dharwad, Mangaluru, and Mumbai.
Our Objectives
- To organize social, educational, and networking events at both the campus and batch levels.
- To communicate regularly with alumni members regarding college development activities.
- To generate funds for the development and betterment of the college and to promote the objectives of the association.
- To institute prizes and scholarships for meritorious students and provide financial support to needy and deserving students.
- To conduct periodic alumni meets at the local, regional, national, and international levels and publish reports of these activities.
- To provide continuing educational enrichment opportunities for alumni and current students of the college.
Our Mission
The mission of the MPE Society’s Alumni Association is to build a strong and lasting connection between the college and its graduates, fostering the overall development of the alma mater.
The Association promotes leadership, voluntary commitment, financial support, academic collaboration, and goodwill toward the institution. It serves as a platform to encourage meaningful engagement and lifelong relationships among alumni, students, and the institute through active networking.
We aim to:
- Strengthen ties between alumni and students by providing career services and networking opportunities.
- Create a forum for the exchange of knowledge and information to support students in shaping their careers.
- Support, promote, and establish alumni chapters across different parts of the world.
- Foster a collegial environment where staff and students can excel to the best of their abilities.

About Alumni

- Alumni from different fields are on governing body of the association.

- Around 14,000 alumni have been enrolled as member, life member of the association and the effort is on to add more alumni in our fold.
- The association has various chapters at BENGALURU,DHARWAD,MANGALORE,MUMBAI and more effort is put in forming chapters outside INDIA.

The mission of MPE SOCIETY’S ALUMNI ASSOCIATION is to connect between the college and its graduates so that they can engage in overall development of the alma mater.
The association is meant for leadership, voluntary commitment, financial support, academic collaboration and to develop the goodwill of the college matters.
This association acts as springboard for involvement and maintains a lifelong relationship betweenalumni, students and institute through networking.
- To strengthen ties between alumni and students by providing career services networking opportunity to connect students and graduates.
- To act as forum for the exchange of information among its members in order to shape the career of the students.
- To support, promote, and establish chapters of the association in different parts of the globe.
- To maintain collegial environment so that staffs, students excel in the best of their abilities.
